Project Description:

WT provided full QS services for the residential development at Tseung Kwan O from 2013 to 2017. The project comprises 8 nos. of 16-storey private residential towers, a single 7-storey private residential tower, and 9 houses with 546 residential units and associated car park, clubhouse, and retail facilities. The GFA is approx. 45,200 m2 and the overall site area is approx. 12,900 m2.
