Project Design:

WT provided full QS services for the residential development of a single residential tower from 2016 to 2019. The project included a single residential tower with 29 storey and 92 no. units. In addition, the construction also included a single-storey plant room in the basement, a 2-storey retail podium, and a single-storey clubhouse with a semi-open swimming pool. The total GFA of this project is 4,134 m2.
