Project Description:

WT was responsible for providing complete pre- and post-contract quantity surveying services for the consolidation of the client’s leased properties in Shatin, Mongkok and Quarry Bay, as well as the associated relocation of 2,600 employees to the approx. 250,000 ft² office space spread over six and a half floors during the Quayside Development in Kowloon Bay.
