WT was responsible for providing full pre & post-contract QS services for the renovation projects (Design and Build) of a backup office in Shatin (gross area 7,276 ft²) and Admiralty (gross area 3,200 ft²). In addition, WT also provided full QS services to the reinstatement works of the office in Admiralty.
