The development is located in District 2 of Ho Chi Minh City and has a total site area of 33,000m2.

The project is located on a prime site on one of West Ha Noi’s major arteries Pham Hung Street.

The project located right by the Saigon River in Binh Thanh District, HCMC. The 461m high tower is the 11th tallest building in the world and is part of the multi-functional ecological urban area that is Vinhomes Central Park.

WT was engaged to provide full pre and post-contract QS services for a construction project of 6 no. of two-storey and 9 m tall luxury garden houses.

WT was engaged to provide full pre and post-contract QS services for a project comprising 5 nos. of 5-storey and 3 nos. of 4-storey residential houses, and the recreational (clubhouse) and associated facilities on the first floor.

WT was engaged to provide full pre and post-contract QS services for a development comprising 8 nos. of 25-storey residential buildings ( 565 flats in total ) and 25 nos. of 3-storey houses with a basement car park.  The total GFA is approximately 51,000 m2.

WT was engaged to provide full pre and post-contract QS services for the proposed development comprising the construction of a three-storey house with a one-storey car park.  The total GFA is approx. 393 m².

WT was engaged to provide full pre and post-contract QS services for a project comprised of 22 houses and 19 apartments with a clubhouse and basement car park.
