WT provided full QS services to the residential development of 10 Lasalle at Ho Man Tin from 2016 to 2020

WT is providing full pre and post-contract QS services for the project which restack works on 18F at ICBC Tower, reinstatement works at Suites 35/F, 3506-8 Two Exchange Square, and 16/F Cityplaza 3 (3,000 m2) will be carried out. 

WT provided full pre & post-contract QS services for the fit-out work to an office of around 220,000 ft2 including office, canteen, kitchen, meeting rooms, gym, and ground floor lobby.

The main campus building, AB1, is a five-floor building with wireless technology and has an approximate CFA of 15,000m2.

The project sits on a site area of 2,200m2 and has a CFA of approximately 26,000m2.

Nexus is located in District 1 of HCMC and has an approx. CFA of 135,000m2.

The project comprises 44 luxury villas each with a GFA ranging from 420m2 to 630m2

The Nassim is in Thao Dien, District 2 of Ho Chi Minh City and is a premium condominium project jointly developed by SonKim Land and Hongkong Land.

The Masterise Homes Zone B6 project has a site area of 37,111 m2 with two basement levels totalling 44,000m2 and overall GFA of 275,000 m2.

The development is located at the centre of Sai Gon’s premium real estate.
