WT was engaged to provide full pre & post-contract QS services for a Grade A commercial building in Hong Kong Island.

WT was engaged to provide full pre & post-contract QS services for the restacking works at 7/F, 8/F, 14/F, 16/F Lincoln House, Taikoo Place, 979 King's Road and reinstatement works at 28/F & 30/F AIA Central.

WT was engaged to provide due diligence services for: (1) the consolidation and renewal works at Cheung Kong Center; (2) maintaining the front-office at CKC and partially relocating staff from CKC to a Grade A office; (3) a full relocation of the c.950 desks (c. 114,000 of leasable area) in the office at CKC to an alternative Grade A office in Central.

WT was engaged to provide full pre and post-contract QS services for the fitting-out work of a new and restacked high-end office space. The total area is approx. 308,000 ft2.

WT was engaged to provide full pre and post-contract QS services for the office restack works at Lincoln House (7/F, 8/F, 14/F & 16/F) and reinstatement works at AIA Building (28/F & 30/F). 

WT was engaged to provide full pre and post-contract QS services for the improvement works at Chater House, restacking works at One Island East & JP Morgan Tower,  and an infrastructure upgrade from 18/F to 22/F, with a total area of space reaching approximately 100,000 ft2., at JP Morgan Tower.

WT was engaged to provide full pre and post-contract QS services for the relocation of existing office accommodation and restacking works at two different locations in Hong Kong

WT was engaged to provide full pre and post-contract QS services for the fitting-out project of a GFA 2,251  ft2 high-end office.

WT was engaged to provide full pre and post-contract QS services for a new fitting-out project on 19/F, 20/F, and 22/F at Lee Garden One, 33 Hysan Avenue, Hong Kong.

WT was engaged to provide full pre and post-contract QS services for the fitting-out works of new tenancy space at Standard Chartered Building and reinstatement of existing tenancy at Man Yee Building
