The Tanjung Aru Eco Development is a mixed development project at Tanjung Aru in Kota Kinabalu, Sabah, Malaysia, with the addition of resort hotels, residential areas, marinas, entertainment venues, beach clubs and dining areas.

WTP was engaged to provide full Quantity Surveying services in 2001,completed in 2006

WTP provided full Quantity Surveying services for the upgrading of Jalan Besar Community Club in 2014.

SAFRA Jurong, ‘Playground at the Canopy’ has a GFA of 14,300 m² and comprises a 4 storey building with child-friendly club’s restrooms and nursing rooms.

The MBS development which stands at 208m in height [860,000m2 total CFA], includes: 60-storey 4 & 5 star hotels with a total of 2560 rooms, a 1 hectare Skypark, retail mall, casino, meeting facilities and Iconic Arts & Science Museum

Klapsons is a new 3-Storey boutique hotel annex within the existing Tower Fifteen office building (formerly Euro-Asia Centre).

Completed in 2011, IBIS Novena Hotel has a GFA of 6,407m2 and comprises 241 modern rooms.
