WT is providing full pre and post-contract QS services for the project which restack works on 18F at ICBC Tower, reinstatement works at Suites 35/F, 3506-8 Two Exchange Square, and 16/F Cityplaza 3 (3,000 m2) will be carried out. 

WT provided full pre & post-contract QS services for the fit-out work to an office of around 220,000 ft2 including office, canteen, kitchen, meeting rooms, gym, and ground floor lobby.

The main campus building, AB1, is a five-floor building with wireless technology and has an approximate CFA of 15,000m2.

The project sits on a site area of 2,200m2 and has a CFA of approximately 26,000m2.
