Yuen Chun Chin
Director (Singapore)
Yuen Chun Chin graduated from The National University of Singapore in 1993 with a Bachelor of Science in Building and joined WT Partnership in 1996. Yuen was promoted to Associate in 1997 and he is also a Member of The Singapore Institute of Surveyors & Valuers.
Before joining WT Partnership, Yuen had worked as a Senior Quantity Surveyor in all aspects of pre-contract and post-contract administration including tender documentation and final account of both main and sub-contracts.
While with WT Partnership, he quickly established a reputation for delivering high end condominium developments and is now responsible for most of the Group’s high end condominium projects in Singapore.
He has a well-deserved market reputation for his ability to produce realistic estimates for complex projects, together with a proactive approach and timely advice have also been critical to the successful delivery of the light industrial developments.
Yuen is very resourceful and also IT savvy. He is responsible for implementing various computer programs for the office.
His retail experience includes West Mall and he was the Associate for LaSalle-SIA campus. He is currently involved with projects being delivered through BIM.
Yuen was appointed as a Director of the Singapore office in January 2013.
