Hiba Academy Shanghai is a private school that can accommodate over 1,500 students. The project comprises approximately 25,447 sqm. In addition to classrooms, the campus has independent learning areas, dedicated science labs, art rooms, design and technology workshops, music practice rooms, a dance studio, a black box theatre, the school theatre, a radio station, an indoor sports hall, a competition-length swimming pool, various sports pitches and courts as well as a running track. WT was awarded the commission  to provide full quantity surveying services in 2016.
