Warehouse Retail for Courts, Singapore

WTP provided full Quantity Surveying services in 2006 for Courts.

Completed in 2007, Warehouse Retail Facility for Courts has a GFA of 24,868 m2 and comprises:

• 500 car parking lots on the 1^st storey
• Retail, Warehouse and part fast food restaurant from the 1^st to 3^rdstorey
• Ancillary office on the 4^th storey
• Precast structural frame, precast columns, beams and post tension slabs

Design elements which expedited the construction process and improved the aesthetics of the building

• Aluminum cladding, glass curtain wall, prefabricated corrugated railing and perforated steel staircases
• Drywall partitions as internal walls
