PROJECT DESCRIPTION:

The Tun Razak Exchange (TRX)，located in the heart of Kuala Lumpur is a 70 acre development poised to be Malaysia’s new international business and financial district. This landmark, mixed-use development will encompass a world-class residential, retail, office buildings, leisure and cultural offering. TRX is delivered by a Joint Venture between Lendlease (60%) and TRX City (40%) a wholly owned subsidiary of the Malaysian Ministry of Finance.

WT is providing independent quantity surveying, certifier services and programme monitoring services for this integrated development.
