PROJECT DESCRIPTION:

WT provided full Quantity Surveying services for TOPS in the redevelopment of Loyang Offshore Supply Base.

The offshore logistics base is one of the main oil and gas centres in the world (together with Houston and Aberdeen) offering world class facilities to exploration and production companies in the oil and gas industry.

The redevelopment of Loyang Offshore Supply Base took place concurrently in nine phases over 5 years until end-2013 and included development of Wharf and marine works, Ramp up building, Logistics warehouses, workshop and other associated buildings.
