PROJECT DESCRIPTION:
WT is engaged to provide full quantity surveying services for the redevelopment of the iconic Excelsior Hotel in Causeway Bay into a Grade A office and retail complex. This project is located on the first plot of land sold after Hong Kong became a British colony in 1841 and is now being transformed into a premium waterfront commercial building.
