WT are delighted to have been Quantity Surveyor for this project which was undertaken in the live operating environment of The Club’s facilities at Tai Tam, Hong Kong. These new projects opened for members’ use in July 2018. Works comprised:

The structural extension of existing pool deck in two locations;

Construction of Adult Bar and Food/Beverage Area;

Construction of Plunge Infinity Pool;

Conversion of existing squash court into two state of the art golf simulators with associated entertainment areas.
