PROJECT DESCRIPTION:
WT provided full quantity surveying services for the Summit since 2021. The project comprises the renovation and refurbishment works for all residential units (existing 52 single duplex units and 2 double duplex units) with private lift lobby, ground floor entrance lobby, clubhouse, podium carpark and landscaping area.
