Suchada is a highly capable MEP Quantity Surveyor with substantial Thailand experience across a number of various projects, having seen a number of projects through from inception through to Final Account stage.
She has worked on various types of projects ranging from luxury resorts, shopping centres, mixed use developments, industrial, through to large mega petro chemical projects as well as across a number of different countries.
In the Data Centre and commercial fitout out space, Suchada has provided comprehensive and client focused cost management services to international clients on time critical projects. She contributed to a reduction in project risk by identifying long lead items early and special equipment cost and procurement.
Suchada has experience in cost estimating and preparing preliminary budgets, value engineering, preparing contract documentation, procurement and tendering, cost reporting and variation management.
