PROJECT DESCRIPTION:
WT provided full quantity surveying services for Standard Chartered Bank’s relocation project to two new office spaces at Changi Business Park and Marina Bay Financial Centre in 2007.

Their tenancy at Changi Business Park with a GFA of 225,000 sqf was completed in 2010 comprised six floors of office space including:
Tier 4 Data Centre
Generator, CRAC, UPS, FM200, High End Video Conferencing
(Platinum) LEED & Green Mark Certification

At Marina Bay Financial Centre with a GFA of 515,000 sqf, the works which were completed in 2011 included 24 floors of offices space containing:
Tier 4 Data Centre
Generator, CRAC, UPS, FM200, High End Video Conferencing
(Gold) LEED & Green Mark Certification
