Simon joined WT Partnership after graduated from University Tunku Abdul Rahman in year 2009 with a Bachelor Degree (Hons) in Quantity Surveying. He has worked in all aspects of pre- and post-contract services from inception to completion. He has had experience in a wide range of construction projects of varying size and complexity including new and upgrading works for commercial, industrial, mixed development, corporate fit outs, institutional, and residential projects.

Simon has developed the technical skills and knowledge to be an effective and valuable team player in all types of project delivery. He has a meticulous approach to the importance of appropriate contracting arrangements to achieve the right price with the right contractor for the agreed risk profile. Likewise, Simon has demonstrated his mature approach to understanding and meeting Clients’ requirement, maintaining deadlines, multitasking and problem solving.

Simon has a pleasant disposition and is pro-active and collaborative in nature and therefore well-liked and sought after by Clients and he was appointed as Associate of the Malaysia office in Year 2023.
