Samuel graduated in 2012 and has worked with other QS practices focusing on cost planning, budget control, progress claims, variation assessment and finalisation of accounts.
Samuel has a mature approach to understanding and meeting Client’s requirements, maintaining deadlines, multi-tasking and problem solving. He is a team player with the skills to listen, appreciate the task at hand and communicate effectively with the project team.
Samuel’s project experience varies from upgrading works, institutional, industrial, residential and commercial. His involvement in various types of projects helped further develop his well rounded understanding of public and private sector conditions of contract.
