PROJECT DESCRIPTION:

WT was engaged to provide full pre and post-contract QS services for

· Coutts Bank’s renovation work of the front office, and Royal Bank of Scotland’s restacking works and reinstatement works at the Cheung Kong Centre (total area approx. 50,000 ft²).

· the restacking works for four office floors at Lincoln House in Quarry Bay, and reinstatement works on two floors at AIA Central. The total restacking area is approx. 1,800 m² and the reinstatement area is 2,300 m².
