PROJECT DESCRIPTION:
The OZO Wesley Hotel project is a renovation programme initiated by the hotel operator, Onyx Hospitality. Located at the junction point between Anton Street and Hennessy Road in Wanchai, the 21-storey tower has been re-profiled to meet with specific standards designated by “OZO”, a stylistic hotel brand dedicates to provide “a luxury experience in a limited service environment”.

WT was appointed as the Quantity Surveyor to oversee cost management and value management of the entire project, which comprised 251 guestrooms, partial podium area, major M&E system upgrading and some minor structure works. In order to maximize the impact over a compressed construction period, WT had been proactively coordinating the design team and various operation units under an accelerated schedule during a short services suspension period of the premise. The renovation programme delivered a hospitality space of 8,800 m² was completed in August 2013.
