Norheriety is a seasoned Quantity Surveyor with over 21 years of experience in quantity surveying and cost management within a consultancy environment. Her strong academic foundation and proven track record of successful project delivery reflect her commitment to excellence and continual professional development.
Throughout her career, she has been involved in a wide range of projects across residential, commercial, hospitality, healthcare, mixed-use developments, data centres, and large-scale township projects. This breadth of exposure has equipped her with a comprehensive understanding of consultancy-led cost management, enabling her to manage complex project requirements with sound commercial judgement, accuracy, and efficiency across all stages of the project lifecycle.
A graduate of the University of Malaya, Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia holding a Bachelor of Science in Quantity Surveying (2004), Norheriety delivers comprehensive QS consultancy services including feasibility and budget development, cost planning, procurement advisory, tender management, cost control, contract administration, and final account settlement. Her work consistently supports cost certainty, risk management, and value for money for clients.
She has extensive project experience across Malaysia, Thailand, Indonesia, Cambodia, Maldives, and Bhutan, and is well-versed in delivering projects within international and multidisciplinary environments.
