Project Description:

The development is located in Nagoya, Japan and involves the addition of 14 hotel keys/rooms to the existing 1/F reception, and the reception area is being relocated to a current mostly vacant G/F.

Works commenced in Q4 2023 on site and will be completed in Q4 2024 by phases. WT is providing consultancy advice and services to review the process and assist the local operator together with Colliers Japan.
