PROJECT DESCRIPTION:

WT was engaged to provide full pre and post-contract QS services for

· office renovation work spanning 14,000 ft² of space Lee Garden in Causeway Bay, and 20,000 ft² of space at the Manulife Financial Centre in Kwun Tong.

· the fitting-out work of an approximately 5,500 ft2 new office at “39 Macau” Building.

· the fitting-out works of an approx. 21,000 ft² new office on a single floor at the Manulife Financial Centre in Kwun Tong.

· the fitting-out works of setting up an approximately 5000 ft² New Agency Model Office in Causeway Bay.

· the new fit-out works spanning approx. 170,000 ft² on eight floors at the Manulife Financial Centre in Kwun Tong, the 4,000 ft² restacking works and the 95,000 ft² reinstatement works at the Manulife Plaza in Causeway Bay.

· reinstatement works of an approximately 8,000 ft², single floor office at the Hang Shing Building in Yau Ma Tei.
