Sheng started work with WT Partnership in 2015 after 10 years of experience in various consulting and investment firms. In 2020, Sheng was appointed as a Director in WT Partnership.
His actuarial science background gives him a solid analytical capability to comprehend the forces driving the construction cost environment, financial implications of risk and uncertainty, and decrease the negative consequences of such events when they occur.
In addition, he has been instrumental in the implementation of the ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System for the WT Malaysia office, ensuring a robust quality improvement framework to provide services that consistently meet the requirements and expectations of clients.
Sheng currently services a variety of projects such as residential, industrial, and high-rise buildings.
