Kenneth Chan

Associate Director (Hong Kong)

Kenneth graduated from The University of Hong Kong with a Bachelor of Science in Surveying degree in 2008. Soon after the graduation, he pursued further studies at The Hong Kong Polytechnic University in 2009 and was awarded a Master’s degree in Science in Construction Law and Dispute Resolution in 2012.

Kenneth obtained his corporate membership of The Hong Kong Institute of Surveyors in 2011. He had also become a chartered member of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors in 2012 and an associate member of the Hong Kong Institute of Arbitrators in 2013. He is also a Registered Professional Surveyor.

Kenneth joined WT in 2023 as Associate Director focusing on public sector projects especially those involving ArchSD and Housing Authority.

Kenneth’s practice covers both private and public sector construction projects in Hong Kong and Mainland China. He has extensive experience in leading teams of surveyors managing mega size and complex projects with time constraint.
