PROJECT DESCRIPTION:

WT was engaged to provide full pre and post-contract QS services for

· the fitting-out work of a new and restacked high-end office space. The total area is approx. 308,000 ft².

· the improvement works at Chater House, restacking works at One Island East & JP Morgan Tower, and infrastructure upgrades from 18/F to 22/F (approx. 100,000 ft²) at JP Morgan Tower.

· the consolidation of the client’s leased properties in Shatin, Mongkok and Quarry Bay, as well as the associated relocation of 2,600 employees to the approx. 250,000 ft² office space spread over six and a half floors during the Quayside Development in Kowloon Bay.

· the proposed development on L18 – 27 & L29 at Chater House. The proposed project comprised a 186,000 ft² fit-out for office restacking.
