Joyce graduated from City University of Hong Kong with a Bachelor of Engineering (Hons) in Building Service Engineering in 2004 and obtained a Master in Construction Project Management from The University of Hong Kong in 2010.

Joyce joined WT HK in 2007. With both engineering and quantity surveying background, she is experienced in pre-contract and post-contract services especially in building services system for variety of projects including commercial, residential, school, hospital, hotel and maintenance works.
