PROJECT DESCRIPTION:

Jinmao Tower Changsha is located in the Xiangjiang New District of Changsha, China, and is a landmark within the ‘Meixi Lake Super Central Axis’ development. The project is the second Jinmao Tower in the nation, featuring a total construction area of approximately 210,000 square meters. It consists of a 318-meter tall, 64-storey super-tall office building, a 12,000-square-meter commercial area called “Fengmao Li,” and supporting facilities.
