Janice Chan
Associate (Hong Kong)
Janice graduated from the City University of Hong Kong with a Bachelor’s Degree in Building Engineering in 2009. Janice has been a member of The Hong Kong Institute of Surveyors since 2016. She is also a Registered Professional Surveyor.
Having joined WT in 2012, Janice has worked on a variety of projects in both the private and public sectors. She has extensive experience in all aspects of pre-contract and post-contract services including cost planning and estimating, tender and contract document preparation, tender analysis, post-contract administration, cost control, and final account settlement.
