InterContinental Ha Long Bay Resort & Residences is in Peninsula 2 of the Ha Long Marina Complex. The site has a total area of 4.5ha and has a shorefront of approximately 600m with direct views to Ha Long Bay.

The overall project has a CFA of 90,000m2 comprising 175 key hotel and 60 luxury resort apartments named Sky Residences with a cluster of 41 villas.

The development complex also includes Spa Village Garden, multi-purpose gym, Planet Trekkers children’s playground, 5 restaurants, 2 bars and a large conference room.

WT is carrying out the full QS service role with project completion due in 2023.
