PROJECT DESCRIPTION:
The 2.7-hectare site has more than 200m of river frontage. The project comprises 44 luxury villas each with a GFA ranging from 420m2 to 630m2, made up of large living area, gourmet kitchen, media room, three double bedroom suites with generous balconies and landscaped gardens with a private plunge pool. There is also an outdoor restaurant, reception area and a new management office. WT completed the full QS service role in 2018.
