Hai completed a Engineer’s degree in Civil and Industrial Construction with honours , Da Nang University of Technology.

Hai worked for Power Engineering Consulting Joint Stock Company 2 for two years starting out as a design engineer and he was involved on a multitude of different projects from inception to completion gaining the respect of both colleuges within the company and clients alike.

After Hai’s experience at Power Engineering Consulting Joint Stock Company 2, Hai moved to Uy Nam Investment Construction Joint Stock Company to begin a new challenge, where he worked as site engineer on planning, organization, and execution of numerous  construction projects, monitoring and controling the work as per the quality management system.

Hai relocated to Hue province where he worked for Lighthouse Construction Joint Stock Company in Laguna Lang Co Integrated Resort Project and Laguna Park Project, where he coordinated the work on the construction site as well as calculated the quantity and cost for the contractor/Supplier and calculated final accounts to explain to the Client. During this position, he receives the trust of both the client and the company when the project met the quality, progress on time as well as cost control for the project.

Hai joined WT Partnership in early 2016 to become part of the QS project site team on the Hoi An South Development.

Hai has extensive experience with construction market. His greatest strengths are the strong numeracy and time management skills, quickly adaptable to new environments, teamwork, ability to work well under pressure and deadlines, Self-motivated, organized and careful person with good problem solving skills.
