PROJECT DESCRIPTION:
WT provided full QS services for this commercial building in Tsim Sha Tsui from 2014 to 2019. The project involved the construction of a 21-storey commercial tower including a 3-storey basement car park, a 6-storey aboveground car park, and 14-storey retail space. The total GFA is approx. 31,560 sqm.
