The project is located in the CBD of Pearl River New City, Guangzhou, consisting of super Grade A office building, Shopping Mall, Four Seasons Hotel and Ascott Apartments. The total construction area is 456,000 sqm, 438m, 4-65 floors – office building, 69-100 floors-Four Seasons, and the annex is Ascott serviced apartments.
