Project Description:
This Data Centre Project is a collaboration between AIS, Singtel and Gulf Energy Thailand and is located in the region of the Eastern Economic Corridor, Thailand.
WT was appointed in 2022 to provide full Quantity Surveying and Cost Management services as well as initial Embodied Carbon Cost Management and Advisory Services.
The capacity of the Colocation facility is confidential, with multiple future phases planned.
WT supported the JV achieve their diverse set of objectives in this successfully providing robust and professional cost and commercial services to the project, starting with guiding the design to achieve the project’s stringent budget constraints as well as carrying out procurement services on behalf of the project across the full spectrum of General Contractors, Vendors and Long Lead Equipment suppliers.
