PROJECT DESCRIPTION:

Converted from the former Huadu Hotel. With a floor area of 220,000 sqm, the project comprises office buildings (107,567 sqm, 124.86 m, 64 m)   and Bvlgari Hotel and Apartment (70,516 sqm, 120m) . WT was appointed in 2011 to provide full quantity surveying services.
