Hotel and resort  development on the central coast of Viet Nam which has a total site area of 15ha and comprises the following:

• 5* hotel with 159 keys and an overall CFA of 30,000m2,
• 85 villas comprising 1 to 4 bedrooms with a total CFA of 22,000 m2.
• 1 Presidential Beachfront Villa with 6 bedrooms and a total CFA of 1,200m2.
• All beachfront villas have private swimming pools.
• Additional facilities include spa, restaurants, sports club, children’s play areas, tennis courts and swimming pools.

WT is providing full QS service and project completion is due in late 2023
