WTP was engaged to provide full quantity surveying services in 2010 and the project was completed in 2011.

The Equinix Data Centre located in Kerry Warehouse at Tsuen Wan was developed by two phases with Phase HK2-I providing a GFA of approximately 44,000 ft² while the Phase HK2-II has a GFA of approximately 72,000 ft².
