PROJECT DESCRIPTION:
WT was responsible to provide full QS in 2Q 2013 and the project was completed in 2Q 2019. It comprises the construction of a new outlet at TCTL No. 11 and renovation of the existing mall at TCTL No. 2, totalling approx. 800,000 ft².

The Citygate Outlets houses over 150 international brands, 40 F&Bs, and a 600-seat cinema.

The Silveri Hong Kong – MGallery Hotel is constructed on top of the new outlet and comprises 206 rooms and suites, executive lounge, bar, restaurant, and a 25m outdoor swimming pool and jacuzzi.

A public transport terminus is located at ground level.
