PROJECT DESCRIPTION:
City Garden Apartment Towers are in Binh Thanh District, Ho Chi Minh City. It was one of the first top quality residential developments in the rapidly urbanizing in Vietnam. Phase 1 of the project comprised 449 luxurious apartments with an overall CFA of 78,000m2. Phase 2 has the same concept however the internal apartment layout configuration has changed and with an overall CFA of 80,000m2 the apartment number is 478. The development is set in a lush resort-style landscape includes a 50m lap pool with leisure facilities and children’s play area, all located within close proximity to the CBD.

WT completed the full QS service role on Phase 1 in 2012 and continued with similar service on Phase 2. Phase 2 was completed in mid-2018.
