PROJECT DESCRIPTION:
WT was engaged to provide full quantity surveying services in 1995 and the project was completed in 2003. A 35-storey Grade A+ “intelligent” office building located at Central with double glazed curtain wall, raised floor, dual risers and service feeds, communication backbone to cater for banks and the like financial institution tenants. It has a 3-storey 5,000 m² GFA retail podium of international quality. The total GFA is approximately 75,000m².
