PROJECT DESCRIPTION:
WT was appointed in Q1 2019 to provide independent review services on tendering and final account for Ciaoniao Logistics Centre at HKIA. It is one of the world’s most advanced e-commerce logistics hubs. It comprises three major operation functions which is secured air-cargo processing, sorting and distribution, and order fulfilment and warehouse. The main development area will be approximately 46,700 sqm. The total floor area to be constructed is about 380,000 sqm.
