The development is located at the centre of Sai Gon’s premium real estate. With a site area of 13,000 m2 the development is split into three separate buildings on top of a 4-level basement area. The total CFA of the project is approximately 275,000m2. In addition, all external works, landscaping and local infrastructure cost management services are being carried out by WT.
WT is carrying out the full QS service role and project completion is set for late 2023.
