PROJECT DESCRIPTION:

WT was contracted to deliver complete pre- and post-contract quantity surveying (QS) services for the reinstatement works on the 45th and 47th floors, as well as the approx. 55,000 ft² fitting-out works of the existing office from the 41st to the 43rd floors at Cheung Kong Center. The new office space features a trading floor.

WT was engaged to provide due diligence services for:
(1) The consolidation and renewal work at Cheung Kong Centre;
(2) Maintaining the front-office at CKC and partially relocating staff from CKC to a Grade A office;
(3) Full relocation of approx. 950 desks (approx. 114,000 ft² of leasable area) in the office at CKC to an alternative Grade A office in Central.
