Bai Nom Luxury Resort, Phu Yen

The development comprises almost 60ha of land of which there shall be two construction phases. Phase 1 shall comprise site area of approximately 20ha to accommodate the forty-four villas and twenty hotel guestrooms:

• Two-bedroom hotel villas;
• Single and double storey hotel suites;
• Three and four bedroom residential villas;
• Public areas and amenities including F&B facilities such as the all-day dining restaurant, pool bar and the specialty restaurant with sunset bar. Amenities include a wellness component inclusive of signature spa, gym, and a designated indoor / outdoor kid club;
• Functional areas including MICE / Convention center and a designated indoor/outdoor event area;
• Two tennis courts and a resort family pool.
