Japan Positions – Project Quantity Surveyor / Quantity Surveyor (Stationed in Japan)

We are looking for driven Project Quantity Surveyors / Quantity Surveyors to join our Japan team and support the delivery of high‑quality consultancy services to our clients.
About the Role
In this role, you will:
- Support your senior on day‑to‑day project matters, ensuring our services align with the Consultancy Agreement and meet our client’s expectations.
- Manage team resources so that deliverables are completed accurately and on time.
- Brief, direct and supervise WT project personnel under your direct control in the local office.
About You
We’re looking for someone with:
- A degree in Quantity Surveying or related disciplines.
- 3–5 years’ experience, preferably with exposure in a QS consultancy firm.
- The ability to work independently and take initiative.
- A good command of both written and spoken English and Japanese
Location & Eligibility
- You will be based in our Tokyo office, or other locations within Japan as required
- Japanese passport holders or permanent residents are preferred
Remuneration Package
Remuneration package shall be commensurate with qualifications and experience.
