Mr Bao Mingkang joined WT Shanghai office in 2001 and responsible for the consulting of mechanical and electrical engineering cost. He has participated in various projects in Shanghai, Hangzhou, Nanjing, Tianjin, Wuhan and other regions. Projects, including data center, high-end residential, super high-rise, office, mixed-use development, logistics and warehousing, etc. The clients for these projects included foreign investment, private and state-owned enterprises; he is also familiar with Hong Kong construction contracts and local cost management procedure. He is dedicated to provide valuable services to the clients.
Bao Mingkang is a Registered Cost Engineer in China and a member of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors.
Bao Mingkang is the project leader for some major projects including Mapletree logistics, Wuhan JD Warehousing, Hangzhou Asian Games Project, Shanghai Hong Kong New World Tower, Shanghai Huawei R&D Center, Hangzhou Yuexiu Qingshan Lake Complex, Tianjing Lujiazui Square, Shanghai IFC, etc. His work has been highly appraised and praised by the owners and various departments.
